Product OverviewThe CW-PA560 Plastic Anchor Clamp​ is a newly developed solution designed specifically for FTTH (Fiber to The Home) aerial deployment. Unlike traditional metal-based clamps, the PA560 features a fully UV-resistant thermoplastic construction, including both the body and the bail. It is engineered for securing 5-6mm round FTTH drop cables in short-span applications, offering superior performance in high-density installations.

The PA560 distinguishes itself from conventional anchor clamps through its innovative structural design:

• Enveloping Wedge Technology:​ Equipped with a pair of specially designed enveloping wedges, this clamp provides a significantly tighter grip on the drop cable. This ensures reliable performance even under slight overload conditions or extreme weather tension.

• Space-Saving Profile:​ With a compact body measuring only 53mm (Width) × 23mm (Thickness), the PA560 is substantially narrower than standard clamps. This slim profile allows for the installation of multiple clamps on a single pole bracket, making it ideal for high-density fiber networks.

• All-Plastic Construction:​ Both the clamp body and the bail are constructed from high-strength Nylon (PA66) with UV inhibitors. This prevents corrosion, reduces weight, and ensures long-term durability in harsh outdoor environments.
