Description
Used in lashed cable construction to provide a separation between the cable and strand.
A slot is provided to guide and secure lashed cable supports.
Molded from polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

Installation:
- Measure the diameter or circumference of the bundle. Use the table to determine strap length.
- Thread strap through spacer slot.
- Wrap the strap around the bundle (strand, spacer, cables) then through the buckle twice, pulling each wrap tight.
- Strap end should be doubled under itself (about 1.5″) before making a final pass through the buckle. Trim off excess.
- Bend doubled thickness over the top of the buckle to prevent unraveling.
Note: In cable installation, straps should not be too tight as they may restrict cable movement during contraction and expansion and possibly damage the cable.
